Gift Certificate Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes begins July 1, 2008 and ends November 15, 2008.

2. TO ENTER: Visit www.flyhia.com/survey and complete the survey, including your name, address and email information. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address.  In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user. Sponsors are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.  All entries become property of sponsor and in no case shall be returned.
 

3. PRIZES: There will be five Grand Prize winners who will receive a $250 gift certificate for travel from Harrisburg International Airport. (ARV $250.00). Taxes, fees and expenses not specified are solely the responsibility of the winners. The winner will have until August 1, 2009 to complete the trip, or it will be forfeited. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All claimed prizes will be awarded. 
 

4. WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be held on or about Sept 1, 2008 from all eligible entries received.  Winner will be notified by mail or by phone within five (5) days of the drawing, and may be required to sign and notarize an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release, which must be completed and returned by the date stated in the notification. Guests of winner may also be required to sign and return a guest release.   If a guest is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent or guardian.  Prize will be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit is not so returned or prize notification is returned undeliverable or winner cannot be contacted. Except where prohibited by law, winner agrees to use of name and/or likeness in any promotion activities related to this promotion without further compensation.

 5. ELIGIBILITY: Drawing is open to legal residents of the State of Pennsylvania, 18 years and older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority, any employees of the airlines serving HIA, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, franchisees, service agencies, or independent contractors of the sponsor, and Donovan Advertising are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
 

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this drawing, entrants agree that all decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize listed with equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No substitution of prizes permitted by winners. Prize is not redeemable for cash.  By claiming a prize, the winner agrees that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority, their parent companies and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and their employees, officers, directors and shareholders will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. These promotion details may not be reproduced in any manner without written consent of the sponsor.
